隔兩天再入住，領了之前寄放行李。這次兩晚含了早餐，但不含飲料(咖啡)，問了晚班櫃檯，咖啡一杯Rs.45 隔天早上想說，訂相同一套，退房時，結帳頂多付Rs.90+稅金？結果前天早上櫃檯，開口就是Rs300。告知昨晚已經知道一杯咖啡Rs.45,才閉口。雖然雞同鴨講許久，他們乾脆不收錢？本著兩次都有喝了咖啡，還是給了櫃檯Rs.100(當然不會找錢。)後來報價Rs300那位櫃檯，又索要小費，也就再給了Rs.20。畢竟兩次入住，皆寄存行李(不收費)，飲料後來也強索付費，是自己心甘情願，支付。反應這事，僅供房客參考及希望酒店改進。之前住的酒店房價比這家更便宜許多，提供了相同圖片早餐，飲料除了咖啡或印度茶(還可續杯)。雖然條件不同，至少客房內，提供早餐選擇標示或付費價錢選項吧？這酒店都沒有啊?

The hotel accommodated you in a single room, despite your booking, which does not match my reservation. In the name of changing the room, we were charged extra services, food services and also the AC was not working, there was no water in the bathroom and small germs were there, so the whole hotel was dirty. I don't think you should recommend the hotel to anybody else next time, I think you should use the same app that you have from MakeMyTrip but you should delete it because it has to provide the services to you as well which you are providing and we are trusting on it. please make sure do not suggest this hotel name to anybody

Stayed here for 5 nights, staff of the hotel showed great hospitality. Food items are also good expect few items. As the hotel is on the main road you can expect little honkings but it’s bearable. Recommended for future visitors👍🏻

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff seemed unwelcoming and unprofessional. The receptionist had an attitude issue while interacting with me. Additionally, I was not allowed to check-in 30min early, But allow me check in 20 minutes late. Other issues included: - No Wi-Fi - Irregular room cleaning - No bedside lamps in the room - Congested storage area Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
